How long do handmade orders take?+
Ready-to-ship pieces usually leave the studio within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order and personalized pieces usually need 7–14 business days before shipping.
Can I request different colors or wording?+
Yes. Simple personalization can be selected when ordering. For a one-of-a-kind design, use the custom request form and we’ll send a quote before work begins.
Are the workshops suitable for beginners?+
Absolutely. Every workshop lists its level, age guidance, materials, and format. Most are designed for people starting from the very beginning.
What happens if I miss a live workshop?+
Replay availability varies by workshop and will always be shown before registration. Meeting links and workshop materials are for registered participants only.
Do you offer private groups?+
Yes. We create private sessions for birthdays, families, schools, libraries, apartment communities, and workplace teams.
Do you ship outside the United States?+
The first shop release is planned for U.S. shipping and local pickup. Digital products and online classes can be enjoyed from many locations.
